Chicken thighs with lemon and rosemary.. tasty and rich





For a complete meal, serve chicken thighs with lemon and delicious rosemary, prepared by my lady's kitchen and with the special chef Mai Fouad, and enjoy the most delicious dishes.

Ingredients

  • Chicken thighs: 500 gr
  • Lemon juice: 2 pcs
  • Olive oil: two tablespoons
  • Garlic: two cloves (minced)
  • Salt: a pinch
  • Rosemary: two tablespoons
  • Lemon: 1 pcs (cut into circles)

How To Prepare

  1. Wash the chicken thighs well with water, and leave them to drain.
  2. Remove the skin of the thighs before frying.
  3. Place the thighs on a high heat in a pan with lemon juice, rosemary, salt, olive oil, lemon slices and garlic cloves until tender.
  4. Then leave the thighs on a low heat, and cover them for at least a third of an hour, until their color becomes golden.
  5. Serve this dish hot.
