Ingredients
- Chicken thighs: 700 gr
- Salt: a teaspoon
- Black pepper: a teaspoon
- Olive oil: a tablespoon
- Butter: 2 tablespoons
- Green thyme: 4 sticks (fresh)
- Mushrooms: 450 g (fresh and chopped)
- Chicken broth: half a cup
- Parsley: 2 tablespoons (fresh and chopped)
How To Prepare
- Wash the chicken well and put it in a bowl, then season with salt and black pepper.
- In a large frying pan on the stove, heat the oil with a tablespoon of butter, then fry the chicken pieces on both sides until golden.
- Remove the chicken and drain it well, then put it on a plate and set it aside.
- In the same skillet, reduce the heat, then add the mushrooms, thyme, and the rest of the butter and stir a little, then add the broth and return the chicken pieces to the pan.
- Leave the ingredients to boil over the fire until the amount of broth reduces to about half.
- Put the chicken with the broth in the oven tray and leave it until it is completely cooked, and grill the chicken in the oven until it turns red, decorate it with fresh parsley, then serve
