Ingredients
- Cauliflower: head
- Mozzarella cheese: three quarters of a cup
- Cream cheese: a quarter cup
- Eggs: 1 piece
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper: a quarter of a teaspoon
- Wild thyme: as desired
- Filling:
- Pizza sauce: a cup
- Mozzarella cheese: half a cup (grated)
- Parmesan cheese: ½ cup (grated)
- Tomato: 1 pc (sliced)
- Green pepper: 1 piece (sliced)
- Black olives: ½ cup (core removed / sliced)
How To Prepare
- Boil the cauliflower for 5 minutes, remove it from the boiling water and chop it using a chopper.
- Put the chopped cauliflower in a clean tissue so that the water drains well.
- Put the drained cauliflower in a bowl and add the mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, eggs, salt, black pepper and oregano, and mix well, until it reaches a homogeneous consistency.
- Put the dough in the oven tray evenly, then add the pizza sauce, green peppers, olives, Parmesan cheese and mozzarella.
- Put the tray in the oven for about 20 minutes, until done, then remove it.
- Cut the pizza and serve it hot.
