Chicken sandwich with tortilla bread


 

Chicken sandwich with tortilla bread... Chicken sandwiches are fast food to prepare and everyone's favorite, try it now with my lady's kitchen with the distinctive taste of tortilla bread.

Ingredients

  • Vegetable oil: 4 tablespoons
  • Lemon juice: 2 tablespoons (sour)
  • Salt: half a teaspoon
  • Oregano: one and a half teaspoons
  • Cumin: one and a half teaspoons
  • Garlic powder: a teaspoon
  • Cayenne pepper: half a teaspoon
  • Paprika: half a teaspoon
  • Chicken breast: 700 g (boneless, skin removed, and sliced)
  • Green pepper: half a grain (cut into slices)
  • Red bell pepper: half a grain (cut into slices)
  • Onions: 2 tablets (thinly sliced)
  • Tortilla bread: 6 pieces (heated)
  •                           

How To Prepare

  1.  In a large bowl, combine 2 tablespoons of oil, lemon juice, salt, oregano, cumin, garlic powder, cayenne pepper and paprika.
  2. Marinate the chicken with this marinade for about 4 hours in the refrigerator.
  3. Heat the rest of the oil in a wide frying pan on the stove and fry the onions, red and green peppers.
  4. Set the vegetables aside, then fry the chicken in the same pan until fully cooked.
  5. Return the vegetables to the fire with the chicken and stir the ingredients together.
  6. Spread the filling on the tortilla bread, roll it up and then serve.
