Ingredients
- Vegetable oil: 4 tablespoons
- Lemon juice: 2 tablespoons (sour)
- Salt: half a teaspoon
- Oregano: one and a half teaspoons
- Cumin: one and a half teaspoons
- Garlic powder: a teaspoon
- Cayenne pepper: half a teaspoon
- Paprika: half a teaspoon
- Chicken breast: 700 g (boneless, skin removed, and sliced)
- Green pepper: half a grain (cut into slices)
- Red bell pepper: half a grain (cut into slices)
- Onions: 2 tablets (thinly sliced)
- Tortilla bread: 6 pieces (heated)
How To Prepare
- In a large bowl, combine 2 tablespoons of oil, lemon juice, salt, oregano, cumin, garlic powder, cayenne pepper and paprika.
- Marinate the chicken with this marinade for about 4 hours in the refrigerator.
- Heat the rest of the oil in a wide frying pan on the stove and fry the onions, red and green peppers.
- Set the vegetables aside, then fry the chicken in the same pan until fully cooked.
- Return the vegetables to the fire with the chicken and stir the ingredients together.
- Spread the filling on the tortilla bread, roll it up and then serve.
