Grilled chicken sandwich for diet ... Chicken sandwiches are fast food and suitable for those who follow the diet regime, learn the easy work steps and enjoy a filling, light and delicious meal as well.


  • Chicken breast: 1 kilo (cut into slices)
  • Spinach: 1 cup (fresh and chopped)
  • Onions: 2 tablets (chopped)
  • Garlic: cloves (crushed)
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper: half a teaspoon
  • Chicken broth: 1 cube
  • Cooking cream: 2 cups
  • Butter: 2 tablespoons
  • Vegetable oil: 4 tablespoons                            

How To Prepare

  1.  Pound the chicken breasts, then season them with lemon juice, garlic, salt, pepper, mustard and olive oil, and put them in the refrigerator for two and a half hours.
  2. In an oven tray, put the chicken breasts and grill them with the marinade until cooked.
  3. Remove the tray from the oven and leave it aside for a little while, then cut the chicken breasts into slices.
  4. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise with lemon until well combined.
  5. Grease the bread with the mayonnaise mixture, then distribute the lettuce and chicken slices evenly and serve the sandwich.
