Ingredients
- Chicken breast: 1 kilo (cut into slices)
- Spinach: 1 cup (fresh and chopped)
- Onions: 2 tablets (chopped)
- Garlic: cloves (crushed)
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper: half a teaspoon
- Chicken broth: 1 cube
- Cooking cream: 2 cups
- Butter: 2 tablespoons
- Vegetable oil: 4 tablespoons
How To Prepare
- Pound the chicken breasts, then season them with lemon juice, garlic, salt, pepper, mustard and olive oil, and put them in the refrigerator for two and a half hours.
- In an oven tray, put the chicken breasts and grill them with the marinade until cooked.
- Remove the tray from the oven and leave it aside for a little while, then cut the chicken breasts into slices.
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise with lemon until well combined.
- Grease the bread with the mayonnaise mixture, then distribute the lettuce and chicken slices evenly and serve the sandwich.
