Ingredients
- Chicken breast: 1 kilo (cut into slices)
- Spinach: 1 cup (fresh and chopped)
- Onions: 2 tablets (chopped)
- Garlic: cloves (crushed)
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper: half a teaspoon
- Chicken broth: 1 cube
- Cooking cream: 2 cups
- Butter: 2 tablespoons
- Vegetable oil: 4 tablespoons
How To Prepare
- Place the chicken breast slices in a mixing bowl, and season the chicken with salt and black pepper.
- Prepare a non-stick frying pan on the fire, put a little oil, then fry the chicken on both sides until it turns golden.
- Transfer the chicken to a side dish.
- In a frying pan, melt the butter with two tablespoons of vegetable oil, add the garlic and onion and saute the ingredients a little.
- Add the spinach to the onions and garlic, season with salt and black pepper, and stir until the spinach wilts.
- Add the chicken broth cube and stir a little, then add the chicken, and pour the cooking cream.
- Cover the pan over the chicken and vegetables for 20 minutes over a low heat until the chicken is coated with cream, and serve with peppered rice.
