Italian Tuscan Chicken

  • Chicken breast: 1 kilo (cut into slices)
  • Spinach: 1 cup (fresh and chopped)
  • Onions: 2 tablets (chopped)
  • Garlic: cloves (crushed)
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper: half a teaspoon
  • Chicken broth: 1 cube
  • Cooking cream: 2 cups
  • Butter: 2 tablespoons
  • Vegetable oil: 4 tablespoons       
How To Prepare
  1. Place the chicken breast slices in a mixing bowl, and season the chicken with salt and black pepper.
  2. Prepare a non-stick frying pan on the fire, put a little oil, then fry the chicken on both sides until it turns golden.
  3. Transfer the chicken to a side dish.
  4. In a frying pan, melt the butter with two tablespoons of vegetable oil, add the garlic and onion and saute the ingredients a little.
  5. Add the spinach to the onions and garlic, season with salt and black pepper, and stir until the spinach wilts.
  6. Add the chicken broth cube and stir a little, then add the chicken, and pour the cooking cream.
  7. Cover the pan over the chicken and vegetables for 20 minutes over a low heat until the chicken is coated with cream, and serve with peppered rice.
