Mango cake ... a quick and easy way to prepare a recipe of delicious cakes, try the mango cake and serve it on your guest table and enjoy its taste with your guests and family.
Ingredients
- Mango: 1 piece (cut into cubes)
- Sugar: a cup
- Flour: a cup
- Baking powder: 2 teaspoons
- Salt: a pinch
- Almonds: half a cup (crushed)
- Eggs: 4 grains
- Vanilla: half a teaspoon
- Vegetable oil: two-thirds of a cup
- Almonds: a quarter cup (sliced)
How To Prepare
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius and fix the rack in the middle of the oven.
- Grease a cake pan with a little oil and line it with flour.
- Put in a medium-sized saucepan mango cubes with half the amount of sugar on the fire, stirring well until the sugar completely dissolves, then remove the pot from the heat and leave to cool completely.
- Sift the flour with the baking powder, salt and ground almonds.
- Beat the eggs with the rest of the sugar gradually, then add the vanilla while continuing to beat on medium speed, until the eggs acquire the white color, then add the mango mixture while continuing to beat, then pour the oil and flour mixture alternately while continuing to beat on a quiet speed.
- Pour the mixture into the mold and distribute the almond slices on the latter.
- Bake for 35 minutes, then decorate with mango slices.
