Meat Shawarma Pizza

Meat Shawarma Pizza ... Pizza recipes are among the dishes in which the fillings vary according to your desire. Learn with my lady’s kitchen how to prepare it with a very tasty and good meat shawarma filling.


  • Pizza dough ingredients:
  • Flour: 3 and a half cups
  • Milk powder: 4 tablespoons
  • Oil: a cup
  • Baking soda: a tablespoon
  • Baking powder: a tablespoon
  • Salt: a teaspoon
  • Warm water: a cup (for kneading)
  • Filling Ingredients:
  • Meat: half a kilo (sliced)
  • Onions: 2 tablets
  • Colored bell pepper: 3 pcs
  • Black pepper: a teaspoon
  • Garlic powder: 1 teaspoon
  • Vegetable oil: 2 tablespoons
  • Cheddar cheese: a cup (grated)
  • Nutmeg: a sprinkle
  • Olives: as desired (without seeds)
  • Salt, to taste

How To Prepare

  1. To prepare the pizza dough: Sift the flour into a deep bowl, then add the powdered milk, baking powder, baking soda, water, and oil, and gradually add the water while kneading.
  2. Leave the dough for an hour, or until the quantity doubles.
  3. To prepare the filling: Put a frying pan on the fire, then add the oil, stir the meat slices, and season with black pepper, garlic powder, salt and nutmeg until done.
  4. Add the chopped onions and peppers to the meat, stirring, and leave the meat until tender, then remove from the heat.
  5. Prepare the oven tray and spread the pizza dough and grease it with the sauce, then spread the meat filling on the face.
  6. Add olive rings and cheddar cheese.
  7. Put the tray in the preheated oven at 200 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
  8. Take out the meat shawarma pizza tray from the oven, then cut and serve hot.
