Ingredients
- Pizza dough ingredients:
- Flour: 3 and a half cups
- Milk powder: 4 tablespoons
- Oil: a cup
- Baking soda: a tablespoon
- Baking powder: a tablespoon
- Salt: a teaspoon
- Warm water: a cup (for kneading)
- Filling Ingredients:
- Meat: half a kilo (sliced)
- Onions: 2 tablets
- Colored bell pepper: 3 pcs
- Black pepper: a teaspoon
- Garlic powder: 1 teaspoon
- Vegetable oil: 2 tablespoons
- Cheddar cheese: a cup (grated)
- Nutmeg: a sprinkle
- Olives: as desired (without seeds)
- Salt, to taste
How To Prepare
- To prepare the pizza dough: Sift the flour into a deep bowl, then add the powdered milk, baking powder, baking soda, water, and oil, and gradually add the water while kneading.
- Leave the dough for an hour, or until the quantity doubles.
- To prepare the filling: Put a frying pan on the fire, then add the oil, stir the meat slices, and season with black pepper, garlic powder, salt and nutmeg until done.
- Add the chopped onions and peppers to the meat, stirring, and leave the meat until tender, then remove from the heat.
- Prepare the oven tray and spread the pizza dough and grease it with the sauce, then spread the meat filling on the face.
- Add olive rings and cheddar cheese.
- Put the tray in the preheated oven at 200 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
- Take out the meat shawarma pizza tray from the oven, then cut and serve hot.
