Ingredients

  • Saffron Milk Sauce Ingredients:
  • Cream: a cup and a half (liquid)
  • Sweetened condensed milk: can
  • Milk: three quarters of a cup (liquid)
  • Warm water: a quarter cup
  • Saffron: a teaspoon
  • Butter: 100 grams (soft)
  • Eggs: 3 grains
  • Vanilla: a teaspoon
  • Sugar: a cup and a half
  • Flour: two and a half cups
  • Baking powder: 3 and a half teaspoons
  • Milk: a cup and a quarter (liquid)
  • Salt: a quarter of a teaspoon


How To Prepare

  1. Beat eggs, butter, sugar and vanilla with a mixer until fluffy.
  2. Mix flour with baking powder and salt in a bowl.
  3. Add the flour mixture to the egg mixture alternately with the milk until the ingredients are combined and the mixture becomes smooth.
  4. Put the mixture in a cake pan greased with butter and sprinkled with flour.
  5. Put the mold in the oven for 45 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
  6. Take the cake out of the oven and leave it to cool.
  7. Prepare the sauce by mixing cream, sweetened condensed milk, and liquid milk in a blender.
  8. Mix warm water with saffron and add the mixture to the cream and milk.
  9. Pour the mixture over the cake, cut it and serve it warm or cold.
