Ingredients

    • Filling Ingredients:
  • Cream: a cup and a half (liquid)
  • Gelatin: a teaspoon (plain)

  • Cream: cup (liquid)
  • Chocolate: 250 grams
  • Honey: a teaspoon
  • Chocolate: 50 gr
  • Coffee: a cup (hot)
  • Flour: 2 cups
  • Cocoa powder: a cup (plain)
  • Bicarbonate of soda: a teaspoon and a quarter
  • Baking powder: half a teaspoon
  • Salt: three quarters of a teaspoon
  • Sugar: 2 cups (fine granulated)
  • Eggs: 2 tablets
  • Corn oil: half a cup
  • Milk: a cup
  • Vanilla: half a teaspoon (liquid)


How To Prepare
  1. Heat the oven at 180°C.
  2. Prepare two round oven trays and grease the bottom and edges with ghee, then put butter paper in each tray and sprinkle flour on the bottom and edges.
  3. To prepare the cake mixture: Put the chocolate and coffee in a small saucepan over a low heat and stir until the chocolate melts, then set aside.
  4. Sift the flour into a deep bowl and add the cocoa powder, bicarbonate of soda, baking powder, salt and sugar, then stir the ingredients together and set the bowl aside.
  5. Put the eggs and vanilla in a deep bowl and mix the ingredients with the electric beater for several minutes on medium speed, then add the oil, milk, flour mixture, coffee mixture and chocolate and mix the ingredients well until the cake mixture becomes smooth.
  6. Pour the cake mix into the trays and distribute them evenly, then put them in the oven for about half an hour until they are done.
  7. Remove the cake from the oven, then turn it over on a base and set it aside to cool, then remove the cake from the trays.
  8. To prepare the filling: Put half a cup of cream in a deep saucepan over a low heat, add gelatin, then stir with a hand mixer until the gelatin is completely dissolved, and leave the ingredients for several minutes to homogenize with each other.
  9. In the bowl of an electric mixer, put the cream mixture and the rest of the cream, and mix the ingredients a little on medium speed until the cream doubles in size.
  10. To prepare the chocolate sauce: Put the cream in a thick saucepan on the fire, add honey, and stir until the cream heats up, then add the chocolate and stir until it melts.
  11. Cut a cake pan in half crosswise using a knife, then place a layer of cake on a serving plate and then spread a little cream of the filling.
  12. Put a 4-inch-diameter plate in the middle of the second cake pan, then cut around the plate with a knife to make an empty circle in the middle of the pan, then place it on the first layer of cake and distribute the remaining filling inside the hole, then spread a little cream on the cake and then put the last layer of cake .
  13. Spread the chocolate sauce on the cake to cover it completely, decorate it with cream, then put it in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours until it is completely firm.
