1 1/2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
assorted chocolate for decoration

Preheat the oven to 180°C and wash your hands thoroughly..
In a large bowl, mix the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt.
In another bowl, beat the eggs, oil and milk until combined.
Add the vanilla extract to the wet mixture and mix it with the dry mixture.
Pour the batter into a greased and floured cake pan and bake in the oven.
Test the cake with a toothpick, when it comes out clean then the cake is done.
Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool for a while. Decorate it with assorted chocolate pieces as desired.
Serve the cake cold or hot with some chocolate on top. Enjoy!
Note: You can add chopped nuts to the batter if desired.
