For the dough:
White flour: 4 cups
Milk: a cup and a quarter (warm)
Eggs: 1 piece
Vegetable oil: a quarter cup
Salt: one teaspoon
Sugar: a tablespoon
Yeast: a tablespoon
Mushrooms: a can (ready cut)
Pizza sauce: as needed (ready)
Green pepper: 1 piece (fresh and sliced)
Yellow pepper: 1 piece (fresh and sliced)
Red pepper: 1 piece (fresh and sliced)
Cheddar cheese: a quarter cup
Mozzarella cheese: a quarter cup
Black olives: 1/4 cup (chopped)
How To Prepare
1- To prepare the dough: In a large bowl, place the milk, eggs, vegetable oil, sugar, yeast, and salt.
2- Gradually add the flour and knead the ingredients well until you get a soft and cohesive dough, then cover it and put it in a warm place for an hour until it fermented.
3- Empty the dough from the air, then spread it using a rolling pin on a floured work surface, then put the dough on the pizza tray.
4- Spread the pizza sauce on the dough, then spread the mushrooms, green peppers, yellow peppers, red peppers, olives, and spread the cheese on the face.
5- Preheat the oven at 180 degrees Celsius.
6- Put the tray into the oven for 30 minutes, until the pizza is tender, and its feet are cut into triangles and hot.
